Wonderful summer day. Hot but breezy and not so hot we couldn't go out. I went out to lunch with my stepmom without all the kids and we went for a nice walk afterwards. She's heading to the midwest to help her sister who is being released from the hospital. So we probably won't see each other until I get back from my trip.
I am hoping we get to go to the 4th of July parade on Monday. We can park at my dad's and walk down to the plaza. Then we will probably do a BBQ/picnic lunch and watch the fireworks.
My little guy seems to finally have gotten the hang of potty training - 3 days in a row diaper free YAY! The end of an era, I've been changing someone's diaper 13 yrs straight YIKES LOL.
